    How does it work if I want to rent a suit?

    If you prefer to rent a suit for a special occasion rather than buying it, you are now able to do so. This is our contribution in reducing the overflow of consumer buying, and we are more than happy that you are too! Please fill out the form and send it to us via our website. As soon as we receive your form we will check the availability of the selected suit. A confirmation will be sent back to you if the suit is available for you requested dates.

    What type of fabrics are used?

    The fabrics that are used are a variation between wool, cotton, linen and some polyester. Each suit has a different combination of textiles used for the specific style.

    Where is the Minimal Modesty brand produced?

    The suits from Minimal Modesty is designed in Norway and produced in Kaunas, Lithuania. We ensured to handpick the factory who had the following terms – good working conditions and regular working hours. In addition we wanted to be Europe based, which made it easy for us to choose the factory we are working with today.

    What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

    Our delivery charges are on 99 NOK on all deliveries. This will be added to the price of your order in the checkout process.

    Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

    With Collector Checkout you can choose to either use card, invoice or partial payment to pay for your purchase. Read more about Collectors terms and payment methods here. .

    How long will delivery take?

    As soon as we receive an order from you, we will ship it out as soon as possible. If the items are in storage the shipping normally takes 2-5 business days.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    After you have placed your order on our website you will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. This email contains your order number, and you should keep this for future reference. After we have processed your order we will ship it to your mailing address as soon as possible. After the order is shipped, we will send you an email to let you know that the items are on the way. If the items are in storage the shipping normally takes 2-5 business days.

    Do I receive an invoice for my order?

    In the checkout you can choose to either use card, invoice or partial payment to pay for your purchase. After ordering you will receive an email from Collector with an order confirmation for your purchase, regardless of which payment option you choose.

    Can I get additional costs (like customs) on my order?

    No, we ship from Norway to Norway so you will never have to pay customs or any additional fee for your order.

    How do I return my product?
    1. Let us know you want to return your product maximum 14 days after you received your item, and await answer.
    2. Fill in the return form. Be sure to include your order number, and why you want to return your product.
    3. Send the products to us (preferably in original packaging). We will not cover return shipment charges unless there is an approved complaint on the item.
    4. When we have received your products and made sure everything is in its original condition we will refund you for your puchase.  
    How do I change size on a product I received?

    If you wish to change size for a product you received you will have to return the product you received, and set a new order for a new product.

    How long is my right for return?

    You will have to let us know you want to return your product within 14 days from receiving the product in your possession.

    How do I use a discount code?

    Place your order as usual, and when you are ready to go to checkout, you can place your discount code in the field that says “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” on the top of the checkout page.

    How can I change or cancel an order?

    Once you have set an order and received an order confirmation from us you can not do changes to or cancel your order. In these cases you will have to return your order once you receive your items.
