Return process and policy

Summary

You have 14 days after receiving the items to decide if you want to do an exchange or return, and give us notice if you want to return any items.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it: Unused, undamaged, without smell of perfume, deodorant or tan, containing tags and return form.
Change size? If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
You as a customer are responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost.
You as a customer is responsible for the return until we have received it, so remember to hold on to your postage receipt.
When we have received the package in return our handling time can be up to 14 days. You will receive an email from us when package is received in return and further information.
If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method (not including shipping cost).
If the items are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund or a new item.

My Return
Was the product different than you expected or do you need to change the size? Here you will find information on how to proceed when you have sent back your order or wish to make an exchange. Keep in mind you have 14 days to decide if you want to return your product(s), beginning from the time you receive your package.

Remember it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your deposit slip. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and be processed at our store.

How do I return an item?
Fill in the return slip, specify return code as well as quantity of the item(s) you wish to return. Enclose the return slip with the item(s) you wish to return in the same package in which it was received (same package not required, but recommended). NOTE: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us and await further instruction before returning the item(s). Our customer service team will inform you whether or not you are eligible for a cost-free return. When we have received and registered your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Can I exchange an item?
No. We do not exchange items. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you return the unwanted item(s) through the process described above. To do so, returned the unwished item and proceed to place a new order for the item in the size/color you want. No replacement will be sent to you automatically. NOTE: We will only refund items which are sent back to us in their original condition.

How do I return something to you?
Here are the steps:

Send us an email on customercare@minimalmodesty.com and let us know that you wish to return your item(s).
Fill in the return form that was included in your package. Enter a return reason, and how many of each product you are returning.
Pop in your return note in your parcel using the same package (or another container), and making sure it’s securely packed.
Post the package to us. Our address is stated on the return form, and on this page. Remember to ask for proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing in the mail. Remember that we do not cover postage expenses when you wish to return an item.

How do I make a warranty based return?
Here’s how to make a return:

Send us an email on customercare@minimalmodesty.com and let us know that you wish to make a warranty based return of your item(s).
Fill in the return form that was included in your package. Enter a return reason, and how many of each product you are returning.
Pop in your return note in your parcel using the same package (or another container), and making sure it’s securely packed.
Post the package to us. Our address is stated on the return form, and on this page. Remember to ask for proof of postage in case your parcel goes missing in the mail. Remember that we do not cover postage expenses when you wish to return an item, but if your warranty based return is approved by us, these expenses will also be covered.

We’ll send you an email as fast as we have processed you return, and make sure you will get your refund.

We do not accept items that:

Underwear, lingerie or swimwear
Products received in a condition other than their original condition
Products without their tags attached
Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan
Products that are marked or damaged in any way
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
